Forecast as of 12:14 PM EDT on September 2, 2010 - High pressure will remain over the waters today. At 11 am EDT...Hurricane Earl was located 300 miles south of Cape Hatteras...North Carolina. Earl is forecast to track to a position just east of the North Carolina coast late tonight and then on Friday move north North East along the Delmarva coast while remaining offshore. Please refer to the latest advisories on Earl from the National Hurricane Center. Small Craft Advisory conditions are expected Saturday.
